Packing

We deliver whole carcasses cut into primal cuts using the Institutional Meat Purchase Specifications (IMPS) cutting standards for beef and pork. Standard cutting cost include in the primal cut price. Further processing and packing will be reflected in an additional cost.

In recent light of the events of COVID-19, the processing facilities have built multiple sanitation stations within the processing floor on top of the already strict sanitation regulations that the USDA enforces upon all processing facilities. The stations are consistently used during and after processing to ensure that any product, current and future, are not contaminated. Upon each time of use, the facility is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and inspected to make sure that our high standards of cleanliness are met and that the odds of COVID-19 being present in our product is reduced to negligible amounts.
